"There are three things, after all, that a poem must reach: the eye, the ear, and what we may call the heart or the mind.  It is most important of all to reach the heart of the reader."  -- Robert Frost

Senior Good-Bye Note

By: Marlee Clayton

I don’t see honestly
Why you worry
Don’t hurry
Be patient
School can do
A lot for your future
Don’t forget that
When you’re a senior
Slow down and study
You’ll graduate
Very soon it’s 2009
The end is close
Summer will come
May 30th is just around the corner
Graduation day. your family will cry
To see their little boy or girl
Walk across the stage
It will be a valuable memory
Yesterday you walked
The day before you crawled
Today you graduate
We’ll forever miss you
