Anthony Horowitz

Among the many authors out in the world of today, one has stricken my interest and may possibly strike yours. His name is Anthony Horowitz. He writes to a younger audience that any middle school or even high school student would enjoy. His theme? Spies and gadgets; secretly saving the world and all the lives in it. One of my favorite series written by him is the Alex Rider Series. All of the books in that series include: Stormbreaker, Point Blank, Skeleton Key, Eagle Strike, Ark Angel, and the most recent book that I’ve read - Snakehead. They are all about a young spy who has been recruited for his size and skill. But these are not the only books that he has written. Horowitz has also written other series of books such as The Raven’s Gate Series. So far there are three books to the series. Two of which I’ve read: Raven’s Gate and Evil Star. These are only a few of the books that he has written. There are more books and more adventures that have been cooked up by this great man’s mind. His books are more than books. I see them as getaways to another world where action and adventure collide in a whirlwind of words. If you are bored at home or just have nothing to do, pick up a book from this author. I’m sure you will have a great time reading his works.
