Everyday I rise, And put the mask back on, And to me it’s no surprise, That they don’t notice what I don.
I do it everyday, Everyday for them, And nothing do they pay, Save one to condemn.
But still I’ll keep it up, Since they don’t need to know, What fills up my cup, And lifts me from their low. |
