Meeting Minutes
The PTSA is participating in the Apples for Students program through Giant Eagle. This is an easy program for EVERYONE who has an advantage card. You can be a parent, friend, family member, teacher or neighbor to participate. You can register your advantage card by calling 1-800-474-4777 to register your card number and enter the school code for our school, which is 5226. You may also go on-line to www.gianteagle.com to register. After you register, your shopping amounts are converted to points and electronically are registered to our account. This is no way changes your points with the fuel perks program and no one is able to see your shopping records. When we all shop, our points will add up in our account and we will purchase items needed for the school at the end of the school year. This program runs from October 28 through March 15.
The PTSA is also participating in the Labels for Education program with Campbell's. There is a collection container in the main office to collect UPC codes from any Campbell's product, including the Campbell's supper bakes in the box, any variety of Campbell's soups and Spaghetti O's. You can also save the UPC code from Pepperidge Farms Goldfish and the lids from V8 Splash juice. We do not need the entire label, just the UPC code. You may notice that many items will have a bonus 5 points. Please help us and send those to the school. Each UPC code will add up and we will be able to purchase educational items for the school at the end of the year. Please help us in our efforts to help the school.
