West Greene Middle-Senior High School is located six miles southwest of Waynesburg, Pennsylvania on Route 18 south. We are a relatively small school with a student population of approximately 560 students in grades 6 through 12. Though we are small in size we are big in pride!

West Greene employs a holistic philosophy providing a curriculum that meets the needs of every student. The primary goal is to prepare students with knowledge and appropriate skills that will encourage success in their lives after graduation. The school provides essential programs such as Language Arts, Social Studies, Science, Mathematics, Learning Support, Physical Education, Fine Arts, Music, and Computer Technology. Strong academic programs are offered such as Dual Enrollment (College-in-High School) in cooperation with University of Pittsburgh and California University of Pennsylvania . These programs prepare students for college courses and provide college credit while students attend West Greene High School.
