Thanks to all those who participated and/or donated to this year’s St. Jude Math-A-Thon. Due to school closure, some donations may not have been turned in. Anyone having Math-A-Thon donations at home can mail them directly to the address below.
Please include our Event Code inside your envelope with donations. If possible, print and complete the donation submission form and mail it in with your donations. If you aren’t able to print the donation submission form, just write the information on a piece of paper and place it in the envelope with your donations.

Ordering Prizes:
Prizes can be ordered online if you registered online at Mathathon.org
If you are mailing in donations, Mrs. Richardson can order your prizes directly through our event coordinator. She will need you to email her the total amount of donations you mailed, your child’s name and your child’s teacher's name.
