We are taking learning back to the great outdoors with West Greene's, Camp Iwannalearn!
Camp Iwannalearn is a summer learning program hosted by the West Greene School District, using West Greene teachers, who will provide instructional activities based around camping, exploration, and the outdoors.
This program will be set up similarly to years past. We will have grade bands of classes set up for 2023-2024 students entering grades 1-2, 3-4, & 5-6.
Curriculum activities will incorporate reading and math into activities that the students will be completing outdoors, whether it is habitat exploration in the creeks and woods to field trips to local farms and Ryerson State Park.
The camp will offer both breakfast and lunch meals for students.
Transportation will be offered in the form of community bus stops to and from the program.
