The West Greene School District has revamped its procedures for Flexible Instruction Days (FID) by incorporating the usage of Spiral Review Learning Packets that are to be kept at home for instances when we cannot plan to take a FID by sending all devices and content home with your child.
The new changes mainly affect those students and families in grades 3-6. Currently, K-2 students and families already receive learning packets prior to a FID being implemented. Secondary students in grades 7-12 are in a true 1:1 model in which they take their devices home with them on a daily basis. There are no changes whatsoever in our secondary FID delivery model.
