On October 10th the West Greene Student Government officers had an opportunity to spend time working with State Representative Pam Snyder. Mrs. Snyder spoke with students about the struggles in her life and career and how they shaped her into the person she is today. She encouraged students to become active in their community, school, sports, and clubs. She stressed the importance of treating others fairly citing her own struggle with being a woman in a man's world and gave the encouraging words it's easier to love than hate. The Student Government Association appreciates the time Mrs. Snyder spent with us and would like to extend our thanks.
