As part of the Hope Fridays series, Greene County Human Services is excited to offer a FREE virtual QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) Training on Friday, September 18th at 9:00 AM via Zoom.
QPR is designed to teach practical skills to help recognize the warning signs of suicide, start a conversation, and connect someone to appropriate help. This training is free and open to everyone, and all participants who attend will receive a certificate of completion.
Registration is required, and spots are limited!
To register, please email Melissa Ewart at Mewart@greenecountypa.gov. Once you are registered, the Zoom link will be sent directly to you prior to the training.
We encourage providers, community members, first responders, educators, and anyone interested in learning how they can help someone in crisis to join us.
