Authors Diane Toothman and Susan Aul captivated 2nd-grade students with their book "Suzy and Maggie Go to the Beach." Smiles lit up the room as the students immersed themselves in the tale of two mice embarking on a special beach adventure. The authors shared their journey of creative writing, from the origin of an idea to the final publication, leaving the students feeling inspired to embark on their own book-writing endeavors!
