There is a scheduled 12:35 early dismissal on Wednesday, November 22nd to start our Thanksgiving break. School will be closed Nov. 23-Nov. 28. School resumes on Wednesday, November 29th. Have a happy Thanksgiving and good luck to all of our hunters.

The 2024-2025 FAFSA is slated to be released by December 31, 2023. It is suggested to wait a week or so after the release date so as to avoid any technical issues due to high traffic volume. Additionally, please remember that you must have your FSA ID Accounts created at least 4 days prior to starting the FAFSA as they will need to go through the identity verification process prior to starting and completing the FAFSA.

Each month, Student Government Association members join Student Government/Student Council members from other schools in the tri-county area. The group votes on a non-profit organization to be the recipient of our annual kickball tournament fundraiser. This year, we have chosen CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates). The money raised will be evenly divided among the CASA organizations in Washington, Greene, and Fayette counties. Business sponsors will have their names printed on the tournament T-shirts and other signage. The Dual Enrollment Anatomy & Physiology students had the opportunity to practice taking Blood Pressure and Pulse while learning about the Cardiovascular system. With the help of the nursing students from WVU all of our students in class were able to learn a valuable skill. As a class, we would like to thank Dani and Riley for helping us in class today. Also, a huge shout out to our school nurse, Tracy, for letting the wonderful nursing students come assist us today.
